Hello all! Today I bring you Christmas, courtesy of Lush. I know it's only November, but you tend to find that the really good bits of the Lush Christmas stuff sell out rather fast.

Hello all! Today I bring you a Halloween goodie from Lush. A little secret about me, I love Halloween! The silly spookiness, the dressing up, and the goodies! Now Lush does an amazing Halloween release every year  (Sootballs still remain my top Halloween product though), and this year is no exception.

Man go Pouffe

There is an eternal struggle in my world currently... the Boy and his love for Pears soap. Multiple options are being trialed; rhubarb soap was one, and there was an Original Source shower gel (and this is where the newest trial comes in). So today we have I Love...Mango and Papaya Shower Gel and Bath Creme.

Beauticology does Gingerbread Christmas.

Boots has its fantastic 3 for 2 on gifts at the minute, including a whole bunch of Christmas only goodies. Included in this is a little offering from Beauticology, that looked so cute I couldn't resist!

Lush does Christmas 2014

So I'm sitting here in my bath enjoying, not only the novelty of my waterproof phone, but also one of the many offerings Lush has for Christmas 2014. Now Lush tend to be pretty good with their holiday releases, and this year is no exception (aside from Halloween, I needed another Sootball...)

May your Valentine be Lush

So the happy heart day approaches, and like most holidays I'm a bit of a scrooge/grinch/anti-fairy about Valentine's day too. Why should you require a specific day to express your love? Why not spend everyday doing that if you love someone? But anyways, this does mean that we see a whole bunch of limited edition cosmetic items hit the shelves in all loved up colours and themes. Lush is no exception this year, with pink and hearts galore everywhere.
Top tip: Don't expect the staff to know what they have as limited editions, as the team member I spoke to only pointed out one item from the collection to me...
There actually 6 major Valentine releases and 3 themed gift sets and two of their scarf wrappings. I won't go through the whole lot, just brush over the major releases.

Neon Love

According to others there may have ben a bad batch of this on the shelves which simply smelt of cheap plastic soap, as opposed to the strong bergamot scent it's supposed to have. Did smell like spicy ribena in the shop, so they may have solved the problem, but if I'm honest their soap has never thrilled me so I gave it a miss.
